Telehealth is where I cut my teeth: two years on a React Native app connecting patients in rural Ukraine with doctors in Kyiv, including offline mode for spotty connections. Since going freelance I've shipped a secondhand-fashion marketplace and a habit tracker that hit 50k downloads. Clean TypeScript and honest estimates are kind of my whole pitch.
