Telecoms and subscription businesses keep me busy: churn models, campaign uplift, pricing tests. For a Athens-based fitness app I built a churn model whose top predictor turned out to be a broken onboarding email, and fixing that beat every retention campaign they'd run. I like finding those answers, the ones that aren't a model at all.
