Build an internal order-tracking portal on Next.js + Prisma for our warehouse team

Spreadsheets run our warehouse today, and at 300 orders a day they are starting to fail us. We import specialty bike components from Taiwan and Italy and resell to dealers across the Nordics; the team needs one internal portal showing order status, shipment ETAs, and stock reservations instead of four Excel files that disagree with each other. You would build a straightforward internal tool: authentication for about 15 staff, an orders list with filtering and search, a detail view with status history, CSV import from our forwarder's daily file, and simple role separation between warehouse and sales. Stack should be Next.js with Prisma over PostgreSQL - we host on a VPS and our part-time developer will maintain the tool afterward, so boring, readable code beats clever code. We have wireframes (rough, in a Figma file) and a written spec of the data model. Fixed price, three milestones, and our operations lead is available daily on Slack for questions about how the warehouse actually works.
