UI redesign for plant care mobile app (iOS and Android, ~25 screens)

Rootine is a plant care app with 40k monthly active users, and honestly the interface still looks like the MVP we shipped in 2023. Users love the watering reminders but our App Store reviews keep mentioning that the app feels dated, and our trial-to-paid conversion has stalled around 4%. The scope is a full visual redesign of roughly 25 screens in Figma: onboarding flow, plant library, care schedule, the diagnosis camera feature, and settings. We have existing user flows mapped out, so this is not a UX overhaul from scratch - it is bringing a consistent, warm, modern visual language to screens that already work functionally. Deliverables are polished Figma files with components, a small style guide, and exportable assets for our two mobile devs. We work async-first with a weekly video check-in. Expect two rounds of feedback per screen group. Portfolio with at least one shipped consumer mobile app is a must.
