Design system buildout for B2B logistics dashboard

Over the past two years our freight tracking platform grew from one dashboard to eleven distinct modules, each designed by whoever was available that sprint. The result: four different button styles, three shades of "our" blue, and a frontend team that spends more time arguing about spacing than shipping features. We need someone to build a proper design system in Figma - tokens, core components (tables, forms, filters, status badges, charts scaffolding), documentation for usage rules, and light/dark variants. Our frontend is React with Tailwind, so the token structure should map cleanly to Tailwind config; you will coordinate with our lead engineer on naming so design and code stay in sync. Expect to audit the existing modules first and propose consolidation before building anything. This is a meaty project and we would rather do it right than fast. We are in CET but flexible; most communication happens in a shared Slack channel with the product trio.
