UX researcher to audit and test our fintech onboarding flow

Sixty-two percent of people who start our KYC onboarding never finish it. We run a small business banking product in the UK and we know the flow is too long, but we disagree internally about which steps are actually killing us - so we want evidence, not more opinions. You would plan and run moderated usability sessions (we will recruit 8-10 participants from our waitlist), analyze drop-off data we already have from Mixpanel, and deliver a prioritized findings report with specific, testable recommendations. If you can sketch quick before/after wireframes in Figma to illustrate the fixes, even better - but the research is the core of the engagement. We move quickly and will implement your top recommendations within a sprint of receiving them, so expect follow-up questions. Prior research experience in fintech or another regulated industry is strongly preferred because KYC constraints are real and some steps cannot be removed.
