Landing page design for specialty coffee subscription launch

We are three roasters in Portland launching a single-origin subscription service in October, and we need a landing page that does not look like every other Shopify coffee brand. Think editorial, photography-forward, with real personality - we have a great product story (direct relationships with two farms in Huila, Colombia) and gorgeous photos already shot. Deliverable is one long-form landing page designed in Figma: hero, story section, how-the-subscription-works, pricing tiers, FAQ, and footer. Desktop and mobile layouts. A developer friend is handling the build, so we need clean, well-organized files with notes on interactions and hover states. This is a small, focused project with a hard deadline three weeks out. We will give fast feedback - usually same day - and we already know what we like, so bring opinions but expect us to have them too.
