Custom icon set and spot illustrations for a developer CLI tool

Our open-source database migration tool just passed 9k GitHub stars and we are giving the docs site and landing page a proper identity. Right now everything uses a generic icon pack and it shows. The job: design a set of 24 custom line icons (commands, states, integrations) plus 5-6 larger spot illustrations for the docs landing sections and empty states. Style direction is technical-but-friendly - we will share references we like. Everything delivered as organized Figma components plus exported SVGs, with icons built on a consistent grid so contributors can extend the set later. Developer-tool aesthetic sensibility matters more than years of experience here. If you have drawn for a dev audience before, lead with that in your proposal and skip the generic cover letter.
