Three customer case studies and one whitepaper for a cybersecurity firm

Enterprise buyers keep asking our sales team for proof, and right now the best we can send them is a slide with three logos on it. We provide managed detection and response for mid-market healthcare and finance companies, and we have customers willing to go on record - we have just never had anyone to do the writing. The project is three case studies (interview the customer contact, draft at 800-1,000 words in a problem-solution-results structure, get their approval) and one 2,500-word whitepaper on ransomware readiness for mid-market healthcare, built from interviews with our two co-founders and research you conduct. We will handle design and layout; you deliver approved text with suggested pull quotes and callout stats. Security is a jargon minefield, so we need someone who can be precise without drowning readers in acronyms. Interview scheduling runs through our marketing coordinator, and customers can be slow to review - patience with the approval loop is part of the job.
