Flutter App for Boutique Fitness Studio Chain (Booking + Memberships)

We run four pilates and strength studios in the Denver area and are replacing our white-label booking app with something we actually own. The current one, built on a franchise platform, is slow, generic, and takes a cut of every transaction. Scope: a Flutter app for iOS and Android covering class schedules, booking and waitlists, membership purchases and renewals via Stripe, and push reminders two hours before class. Our backend contractor will expose a REST API; you own everything client-side plus the Stripe checkout flow. Figma designs are about 80% done and we can finish the rest with your input. Working style: a weekly demo call on Thursdays and TestFlight/internal-track builds from week 3 onward. Please share at least one shipped Flutter app with in-app payments when you apply.
