Kotlin Android App for Warehouse Scanning and Inventory (Zebra TC52 Devices)

Third-generation industrial supplies distributor here, based in Ohio, finally retiring paper pick lists. We need a native Android app that runs on the Zebra TC52 scanners our warehouse crew already carries. The app needs barcode scanning tied to pick lists, quantity confirmation with over/short flags, offline queueing (our warehouse wifi has dead zones), and sync to our ERP through a REST layer an IT contractor is building in Node.js. Roughly 30 screens per the wireframes - nothing fancy visually, but it has to be fast and fat-finger-proof with gloves on. Fixed scope, fixed price. A test device ships to you in week 1. Milestones every two weeks with payment on acceptance.
