Take Our React Native App Through App Store and Play Store Release

Small nonprofit with a finished React Native app (volunteer shift scheduling for animal shelters) that has lived in Expo Go for six months because nobody on the team has shipped to the stores before. We need someone to carry it over the finish line. Tasks: production builds via EAS, app signing, store listings (we supply copy and screenshots), privacy questionnaires, push notification certificates, and one round of fixes if either review rejects us. The codebase is TypeScript, small and tidy - about 25 screens, no native modules beyond notifications. This should be a one-to-two week job for someone who has done it a dozen times.
