Return policy

14 days from delivery, on everything, no questions asked.

The window

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery — not of ordering. The clock starts when the item is marked as delivered on your order page, so parcels stuck in transit never eat into your window.

Returns are for fit and taste: wrong size, wrong color for you, just not your thing. If an item arrived damaged, never arrived, or is significantly different from its listing, use Buyer Protection instead — that's a separate, also free, process.

How to return, step by step

  1. 1Open your orderGo to Orders and open the order that contains the item you want to send back.
  2. 2Make sure it's deliveredReturns start from the moment an item is marked Delivered. If it still shows as shipped, confirm delivery first — the return window only starts counting then.
  3. 3Request the returnPress Request return next to the item within 14 days of delivery. No reason required — “doesn't fit” and “changed my mind” are both fine.
  4. 4Approval & refundIn this demo the return is approved instantly: the item is marked Returned and a refund note for the item price appears on your order. The seller's earnings for that item are reversed at the same time.

How the refund lands

Payments on Harbor are simulated, so refunds are too: instead of money moving between banks, a refund note is recorded against the returned item on your order. In a real deployment this is where the charge would be reversed to your original payment method.

What's excluded

Nothing. Real marketplaces typically exclude altered garments, underwear or final-sale items — this demo keeps it simple and accepts every return inside the 14-day window.

Demo note: Harbor is fictional — no parcels exist, so there is nothing to physically ship back. Return approval is instant so you can watch the full lifecycle, refund note and seller-earnings reversal included. Data resets hourly.
