This explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. In plain terms: we only collect what we need to work with you, and we don't sell it.
When you contact us or create an account, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, company, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, we receive your basic profile and email from them. We also keep standard server logs.
We use your details to reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver the work you ask for, and manage your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We only share data with the providers we need to run the service: our hosting, our database, and the PSPs or acquirers directly involved in your project. Each handles data under its own agreement.
We keep account and enquiry data for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, you have the rights set out under the GDPR. Email us and we will handle it.
For anything about your data or this policy, reach us through the contact page.
