The basics of working with us. Your specific project is always covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over anything here.
We build web solutions, prepare and file merchant onboarding, and set up payment integration. The exact scope, price and timeline for your project are agreed in writing before we start.
Prices shown on the site are starting points. Your final quote depends on scope. Payment terms are set out in your project agreement.
We need accurate information about your business and timely responses during onboarding. Approvals from acquirers and PSPs are their decision, not ours, so we can prepare and present everything properly but cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeframe.
Where a project includes source code, you receive the code for the work we deliver for you. Any third-party libraries keep their own licences. Reselling a delivered project as your own product is out of scope unless agreed.
Ongoing support and customization are available as a separate arrangement. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted before any work is done.
We do our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses outside our control, including decisions made by acquirers, PSPs or banks, or for indirect or consequential losses.
